Q: How do I know if my Order was placed?
A: Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email for this reason.
Q: What size should I order?
A: Every brand is different, We do our best to provide size guidance with every item in each items description to help.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Reg Shipping is 7-12$ depending on the area its shipping to. We ship with USPS and every order over $50.00 qualifies for FREE SHIP!
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Shipping can take between 1-4 business days depending on weight and location of delivery. Every order that is processed is shipped that day or following business day.
Q: I haven't received my order. Where is it?
A: If shipping was selected, an email with the tracking information was sent that can provide the current location of the package.
Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?
A: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. If USPS is the carrier, contact the local office.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: Please email us at sales@coolhatsandmore.net and send photos of any damage within three days of receiving your order.
Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?
A: Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order was placed for a refund. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
Q: How soon will I be refunded once I return an item?
A: Once your package is received, please allow 4-5 days for the return to be processed. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded.
